Summit County Home Loans

Buying a Home in Park City

World-class skiing, a historic Main Street, and some of the highest price points in Utah. We help Summit County buyers get pre-approved fast and close a week early. As your Mortgage Broker, we shop your loan across multiple lenders instead of handing you one rate.

Park City Coalville Kamas
Buying in Summit County

Utah's Resort Market

Park City is Utah's most recognized resort town, home to two world-class ski resorts and a market where jumbo loans are the norm rather than the exception. Coalville and Kamas offer a quieter, more affordable way into the same county, popular with buyers who want the Summit County lifestyle without Park City price tags.

Our loan officers are veterans themselves. We understand your LES, your BAH, your VA disability rating, and what it actually takes to turn your benefits into an approval, no explaining acronyms, no starting from scratch. When it's time to find a home, we can also point you to local real estate agents who know Summit County well and understand the process from the offer letter to the closing table.
